Tour de Romandie 2024 stage 3 GC Update | Thibau Nys loses yellow jersey; Juan Ayuso takes over race lead after key time-trial

The overall classification of the Tour de Romandie was flipped on it's head completely after the time-trial on stage 3. Here is how the new GC looks like, featuring Juan Ayuso in the lead.
The Spaniard now leads a group of riders at close range into the queen stage. Former Top3 Thibau Nys, Andrea Vendrame and Luke Plapp all plummeted down the standings in a difficult rainy day.
Ayuso leads the GC with 7 seconds over Ilan van Wilder, 10 seconds over Aleksandr Vlasov and 11 seconds over Carlos Rodríguez who will be his biggest threats. Lenny Martínez at 23 seconds in fifth place may also be a big danger to the GC.

- I think you overestimate scientific knowledge and for sure the spreading of it. There are huge numbers of people in similar situations, if there were an easy solution somebody would be making big money out of it. Nerve pain can have many complex origins or be due to complex combinations of reasons. Even if you discover a reason there is not always a solution. Migraines haven’t been solved either. I have had lower back/hip nerve pains on and off for over 30 years, no kind of doctor has ever found a way to reduce, prevent or solve the problem. It may just be that some people are born with nerves that are too short or get twisted out of position during certain movements.Mistermaumau22-12-2024
