Team | Visma Lease a Bike extends contract with promising talent Ben Tulett

The cycling market is on fire. In the middle of the Giro d'Italia, the teams are making moves behind the scenes to secure stronger squads for the future. For Visma, it is the perfect time to renew the contract of one of their rising stars.

In an official statement, Team Visma | Lease a Bike has announced the renewal agreement with Ben Tulett for two more seasons. The British cyclist will now remain with the Dutch team until at least 2027.

"For me, this is the right place to grow. The professional atmosphere, mutual trust and shared ambition give me the feeling that I can continue to make great strides here. That's why I'm glad we're still together," Tulett said in the Visma release.

"I keep learning every day from the experience around me and I want to keep working to improve step by step. The Visma - Lease a Bike team provides me with the ideal environment to keep growing as a rider," added the 23-year-old.

Grischa Niermann, sport director of Visma | Lease a Bike, appreciates Ben Tulett's performance so far: "Ben has made significant progress this season and fits perfectly into the culture of the team.
