Team DSM reveals Vuelta a Espana team with Thymen Arensman aiming for GC

Team DSM has announced a strong lineup for the upcoming Vuelta a Espana. Thymen Arensman will lead the team and aim for GC.

“We will try to keep Thymen in the standings and not lose any time at the beginning of the race,” said Matt Winston. Arensman finished second in Tour de Pologne, he won the sixth stage of the tour. He also secured two silver in Giro d'Italia. In the Tour of Alps, he finished in the third position in GC.

The team has selected different riders suitable for different terrains. Marco Brenner and Nikias Arndt will play crucial roles in the ITT stages. John Degenkolb will look out for possible breakaway. Henri Vandenabeele,Joris Nieuwenhuis and Mark Donovan will support Arensman in his GC ambitions.
