The Ardennes classics are right at our door step. After a successful spring campaign in the stage-races and cobbled classics,
Tadej Pogacar will be leading UAE Team Emirates at
Amstel Gold Race in the run-up to the fourth monument of the season.
After winning the Tour of Flanders, Pogacar will be looking to take his second win at Liège-Bastogne-Liège. He took his first triumph back in 2021 and will head into this edition as a big favourite, where he is expected to battle alongside Remco Evenepoel among other riders. After some post-Flanders rest, he returns to competition here, with Flèche Wallone also in the schedule for later in the week.
