Steff Cras and Wout Van Aert train together on their road to recover after severe injuries

The cycling spring of 2024 was one of the heavy falls. But fortunately the road to the top seems to have been set for all involved. Wout van Aert and Steff Cras were among the biggest victims, but were able to complete a solid training activity together on Saturday.

On Strava they could see the fun in it again - given their titles. "Both a Cras on the bodywork," Van Aert titled his activity as wittily as ever. Cras also contributed: "Herentalse lung department on tours," wrote the TotalEnergies climber.

The fact that the men have the speed in their legs again is evident from the speed they are achieving again: Van Aert took about 3 hours and 36 minutes to complete his ride of 121 kilometers, which is good for an average of 33.6 kilometers per hour.
