Start Times & Order - Tour of Holland 2025 Prologue | Who will take first leader's jersey in comeback edition of Dutch stage race?

The 2025 Tour of Holland begins this evening with a short individual time trial held in The Hague, serving as the prologue to this comeback edition of the race. Find the start times and order of the day right here!

The 4.3 kilometre course is based in and around Zuiderpark, offering a largely flat and fast parcours that will suit riders with strong short-distance time trialling capabilities. While the stage will not have a significant bearing on the general classification, it provides an early opportunity for a rider to pull on the leader’s jersey and set the tone heading into Stage 1.

The route features a mix of long straights and several technical corners, demanding a careful balance between pacing and handling. Riders will depart at regular intervals from a start ramp within the Zuiderpark, with the first off the line at 19:00 local time. Weather conditions are expected to remain stable throughout the evening, giving the field a relatively even platform on which to compete.

First down the start ramp will be Stijn Daemen of the VolkerWessels Cycling Team at 19:00, with big names to look out for such as Arnaud De Lie (19:11), Olav Kooij (19:13), Tim Merlier (19:15), Jan Tratnik (19:37), Christophe Laporte (19:51), Fabio Jakobsen (20:30) and Ethan Hayter (20:50), all in action before Dutch national champion Danny van Popple closes out proceedings at 20:53 local time.
