Primoz Roglic, Nairo Quintana, etc - New year, new jerseys and new teams

As the calendar flips the page into 2024, several riders have put on their new jerseys today. Now officially under contract with new teams, social media has been filled with new images of a few riders in their new colours, including Primoz Roglic.
The BORA - hansgrohe shared a picture on Instagram, now with the new German team's attire. Team Jayco AlUla also revealed their new jersey for the 2024 season - although it had been leaked by the Tour Down Under organization in recent days. Among other big figures which we see with their now official equipment are Nairo Quintana, and for example cyclocross riders Zdenek Stybar and Felipe Orts who have both created their own teams to finish off the cyclocross season.

Any athlete treating this remotely like an amateur sport (in terms of weight training, nutrition, lack of altitude camps, and so on) will not succeed. - MSR no competition? From the Cipressa onward, that was the most amazing MSR finish I've ever watched! Same with Paris-Roubaix, which together with Flanders had the racing start much, much earlier than before. - He and Pogacar both have taken insane risks on descents, particularly in time trials. I have to imagine most cycling fans would be happy to see them back off a bit.

The new Jayco kit is a massive improvement over last years design. I think that it looks fantastic, and the bikes look pretty sweet as well.
