Peter Sagan abandons GP de Québec course to have portable bathroom stop

The GP de Québec was a goal for Peter Sagan who looked to get back on track for his final section of the season, but the race had a far from ideal finale, as he abandoned with possible stomach issues.

The race was one perfectly suited to the TotalEnergies rider, but he abandoned the race with just under 37 kilometers to go, directly heading to a portable bathroom. Whilst the camera switched off the former World Champion, the peloton kept moving, and his abandon was in the meantime confirmed.
