Nico Denz took a fantastic victory in the fifth stage of the Tour of Turkey. The BORA - hansgrohe German surprised the sprinters in the final finish to take a phenomenal win ahead of teammate Matthew Walls.
"It was unexpected, the idea was to stay safe and get our leader Matthew into a good position in the sprint, I did that, and the finish was very technical, more than expected, after the crash I gave everything and nobody could catch me, in the end I was a bit lucky."
