Movistar Team set to make racing debut in gravel today at La Indomable

Alejandro Valverde will make his official debut tomorrow, Sunday April 23, on the UCI Gravel circuit in what will be the first race also of the Movistar Team Gravel Squad. He is already in Almeria, where tomorrow he will be the big star of La Indomable. He has been recognizing the circuit with his teammate Ana Dillana.
We'll see how the new specialty goes for the Bala, who retired from road cycling at the end of last year and was supposed to dedicate himself to a sporting position within the Movistar structure.
However, he has continued training and the first chance he has had to continue racing he has grabbed it. Tomorrow, official debut with his new Canyon bike and his new Gobik equipment for a different specialty than the road.
