Walter Vargas.
However, the reigning Colombian champion against the clock saw
Walter Vargas, his compatriot and teammate in Team Medellin - EPM, beat him by just one second. Third placed Kaden Hopkings finished 2:06 minutes back, whilst American Amber Neben won the women's title.
