Medical Report and Fines - Tour de France 2022 stage 7

The seventh stage of the Tour de France saw the peloton ride into the Vosges mountain range, for another uneasy day where the peloton rode full-gas all day long as UAE Team Emirates set up Tadej Pogacar for his first win in the yellow jersey in this edition.

With the lack of many technical roads and any dangerous descent it was a calmer day in the peloton with less incidents. The race's medical report featured no riders today, as the pack emerged relatively unscathed.

As for the fines attributed during today's stage, they were the following:

UAE Team Emirates DS Andrej Hauptman - Throwing bidons outside waste areas (unidentified rider). 500CHF fine.

(42) Felix Grossschartner & BORA - hansgrohe DS Rolf Aldag - Irregular feeding (sticky bottle). 200CHF fine each.

(21) Geraint Thomas - Urinating in public. 300CHF fine.
