Marc Hirschi has taken the win at Clàssica Comunitat Valenciana 2025, emerging victorious ahead of Christian Scaroni in a sprint to the line and securing his first victory for the Tudor Pro Cycling Team.

After the trio of Baptiste Veistroffer, Martin Pedersen and Xavier Cañellas had spent much of the day in the break, on the ascent of the Coll de Rates, all three were swallowed up by the peloton, around 41km from the finish line. Although there were no massive attacks from the favourites on the Coll de Rates, plans were definitely being put in motion ahead of the day's final climb at Alto de Turrón Duro.

On that climb, the likes of Marc Hirschi, Christian Scaroni, Santiago Buitrago and Jan Christen all came to the fore, summiting with a gap over the rest of the peloton. With around 9km to go to the line though, the fight for victory was still on. On the descent, it was Scaroni who attacked first, soon being joined by Hirschi. Behind meanwhile, Antonio Morgado was storming in the chase. In the sprint between Hirschi and Scaroni though, it was the Swiss who emerged victorious, taking the victory.
