Andrew03-05-2026 - Jonas is already thinking beyond clycling with all the properties his wife and him are picking up. I'd give him 2-3 years in the sport max. Amd that's not a bad thing, he's won whatever he wants----once he gets that Giro. Visma has to also think who'll take over after Wout, which, will be hard to imagine unless Brennan develops fully this and next year. - Very weird article. Cycling always has young riders showing out(obviously some are much better than others). And they get eaten up by the good teams. Those riders work for the veterans and start winning races and eventually take over which is exactly what Jonas did with Roglic. This isn't newsworthy.Veganpotter03-05-2026

Between his vocal concerns regarding rider safety and his increasingly selective racing calendar, he doesn't seem interested in a long, drawn-out career. - I was just looking at Pogi's power numbers in this week and comparing them to the numbers he had in catalunya 2024 and giro 2024. Surprise surprise, his numbers are slightly better in this Romandie race than both the Giro and Catalunya in 2024, even if he's 2 kg heavier, and in that case he already had done altitude. I am comparing w/kg, aSLP and also adjusting the stage difficulty...He will lose 2 kg. and destroy everyone at the Tour.
