After the seventeenth stage of the
Tour de France, Jonas Vingegaard is very comfortably in yellow. The Dane beat his main rival Tadej Pogacar by more than seven minutes, making his eventual dethroning seem like a nearly impossible task.
"When Pogacar had to let go, that was the time for us to go for it and make the biggest gap possible," said Grischa Niermann in an interview with WielerFlits.
