Julian Alaphilippe's woes continue as Frenchman abandons early at Strade Bianche 2024

Julian Alaphilippe has been one of the most talked about riders in the whole of the peloton recently thanks to the very vocal criticism of his performances from his Soudal - Quick-Step boss, Patrick Lefevere.

The Frenchman will have hoped to prove a point with a positive performance at Strade Bianche 2024 although sadly, both he and Soudal - Quick-Step teammate, Paul Magnier have both already abandoned after being caught up in a crash.

There is no news as of yet about the condition of the French duo although hopefully they both will be back on their bike before too long and of course, we will keep you updated with any developments.
