Jasper Philipsen, the 2021 edition winner of Eschborn-Frankfurt, lines up as leader of stacked Alpecin-Deceuninck lineup on Monday.
The 25-year old Belgian sprinter has had great spring, taking four victories before he absolutely stunned everyone with his excellent ride at Paris-Roubaix where he guided his leader, Mathieu van der Poel to a victory while finishing 2nd himself after beating fellow Belgian superstar, the heart-broken Wout van Aert, in a sprint of two.
Philipsen is definitely not the only ace up Alpecin-Deceuninck's sleeve as Søren Kragh Andersen, Dries De Bondt and Gianni Vermeersch will all be looking for their opportunity to win with a late attack. Completing the lineup in support of Philipsen will be Jason Osborne, Silvan Dillier and Edward Planckaert.
Alpecin-Deceuninck for Eschborn-Frankfurt:
Jasper Philipsen, Søren Kragh Andersen, Dries De Bondt, Silvan Dillier, Jason Osborne, Edward Planckaert and Gianni Vermeersch.
