Tour de Pologne was an impressive result. One he was very happy with as he revealed post-stage.
“It was quite hectic,” the 24-year-old
EF Education-EasyPost rider tells Wielerflits. “The team helped me a lot to put me in a good position. In the last kilometre, I was just a bit too far, so I sprinted forward myself on the outside. Then my sprint was already a bit less, I felt that, but I was on Olav Kooij's wheel and tried to follow him. That was the highest possible, I think.”
