How much did UAE Team Emirates and Tadej Pogacar earn at the Tour de France? Full list of Prize Money Distribution

Over €2 million euros were to be distributed throughout all teams present at the Tour de France and now that the race has concluded it is possible to make the math. UAE Team Emirates has taken a large slice of the cake, without surprise, after the majestic performance of Tadej Pogacar throughout the three weeks which has earned them the yellow jersey.
UAE was by far the team getting the most prize money out of the Tour, almost €800.000, over the double of the next team. This was naturally achieved from Pogacar's victory, his six stage wins, the many days spent in the yellow jersey but also the fourth and sixth place finishes of João Almeida and Adam Yates respectively.
Team Visma | Lease a Bike followed with just over €355.000 due to the second place of Jonas Vingegaard; Soudal - Quick-Step of third place and white jersey winner Remco Evenepoel was third with €247.860; whilst Points and KOM classification winners' teams Intermarché - Wanty and EF Education-EasyPost were fourth and fifth, even if distant. Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe and Decathlon AG2R La Mondiale were the teams that have received the least, both below €20.000.

Rider wise, of course, Tadej Pogacar is at the top, having conquered €500.000 solely from the overall win. The list, provided by ProCyclingStats, features the podium, jersey wearers and the riders who have finished the highest in the overall classification filling up the Top10 places.

- I don't think it's only a British thing; the biggest talents aren't usually drawn to CX. Where are all the top Italian, French, Spanish, Slovenian CX riders? Apart from Belgium, and Netherlands, it's not really a target for up and coming cyclists - as there's no career unless you move to Belgium. Other countries can't support a proper professional series, like an international sport should be able to do. Lets not forget, since 2016, British riders have won plenty of World championships; with Pidcock, Richards, Tulett & Backstedt all winning more than one.....
