EF Education-EasyPost have, as is always the case, waited to be the final team to reveal their lineup for a Grand Tour. They are aiming for the overall classification and stage wins at this Giro d'Italia, featuring riders such as Hugh Carthy and Magnus Cort Nielsen.
Carthy provides good chances for the team to succeed in the chase of a good overall classification result. He has had a consistent spring and been riding at a high level, recently finishing second only behind Tao Geoghegan Hart at the Tour of the Alps - who will be a rival in the fight for the podium. He's joined by Jefferson Cepeda who was fourth in the Alps alongside the Briton, and Rigoberto Urán who finished in the Top10 and won a stage at last year's Vuelta a Espana, and has twice finished runner-up at the Corsa Rosa.

The team is bound to chase stages with the latter two, but also with two quality riders in Ben Healy - who has had a breakthrough spring finishing second at Amstel Gold Race and fourth at Liège-Bastogne-Liège - and Magnus Cort Nielsen who should be present in the sprints, mainly those in the hilly days but also some breakaways where he could complete the list of wins in every Grand Tour.
It's a strong team that's completed by Stefan De Bod and Jonathan Caicedo, two more climbers who may also have ambitions in the breakaways.
