Final startlist Arctic Race of Norway 2026 - Riders: Ethan Vernon, Casper van Uden, Lennert van Eetveld, Wout Poels and more

The Arctic Race of Norway, one of cycling's most unique and picturesque events, brings riders towards the Arctic circle and the Norwegian fjords for four stages, from August 13th to 16th as a mixed final startlist takes to the line on Thursday afternoon.
Five WorldTour teams have made the trip, including NSN Cycling Team, Picnic PostNL and Jayco AlUla. Ethan Vernon and Alessandro Pinarello are the big names for NSN. Meanwhile, Jayco AlUla take a strong team to the race. Download the A4 startlist here.
Alessandro Covi and Felix Engelhardt are ones to watch for Jayco, but perhaps the race's best climber will be wearing a Lotto-Intermarche jersey. Lennart Van Eetvelt headlines their line-up, while Picnic PostNL come in search of crucial UCI points as their poor season continues. Rhobbe Dhont and Casper van Uden spearhead their challenge for stage wins.
Varied parcours offers opportunities for stage wins
Fabio Christen, Mark Donovan and Damian Howson are among a Pinarello Q36.5 team while other riders to watch include Unibet Rose Rockets' Woet Poels, Caja Rural climber Sebastian Berwick and XDS Astana's Giro Maglia Rosa wearer Thomas Silva.
The opening two stages are largely flat, offering chances for the fast men that also includes enticing climbs for attackers to try and deny a sprint.
Anyone with intentions for stage 3 will need to pack a serious punch, with a 3.8 kilometer wall to the finish sporting an average gradient of almost 11%. The final stage is also one for the climbers, with over 2000 meters of climbing and a mountain-top finish.
