Enric Mas and Nairo Quintana headline Movistar's Lombardia team who look to battle Pogacar like in 2022

This Saturday, October 12, the last Monument of the year arrives. Starting in the beautiful Bergamo and finishing Como where in 2022 Enric Mas battled Tadej Pogacar. Movistar Team faces with great enthusiasm an Il Lombardia 2024 to which Enric Mas arrives in top form and enthusiasm. A few weeks ago he explained that he hoped 'the pedal stroke'would last, and it seems that with his attack 150 km from the finish in the Tre Valli Varesine that stroke is still there.

Alongside the Mallorcan will be present a Nairo Quintana who after a very complicated campaign due to injuries was 15th in the Giro dell'Emilia and hopes to shine again in the Italian race. The Soanish team are going all out to try to close well a year that, although in terms of victories has not been fruitful, it has been in terms of sensations and UCI points.
