INEOS Grenadiers' are in the topic of many current transfer discussions, and another rider without contract for next year, Daniel Martínez, is being linked to BORA - hansgrohe.
As reported by Gazetta dello Sport's Ciro Scognamiglio, there are talks currently happening between Daniel Martínez and BORA - hansgrohe. The INEOS Grenadiers rider is currently at Paris-Nice where he is one of the main GC contenders. Martínez started off his season strong winning the time-trial national championships and a third place at the Volta ao Algarve where he came in inches away from the win in the final stage. Last year he played a crucial role to Egan Bernal's Giro d'Italia win, whilst getting himself in fifth place aswell.
BORA - hansgrohe has had an active transfer season and currently has already several riders that match Martínez skillset. With Emanuel Buchmann, Wilco Kelderman, Sergio Higuita, Jai Hindley and Alexander Vlasov, the team already has a very big block of climbers, albeit with no Grand Tour winner on board.
