Dan Bigham flies to become new Hour Record holder with 55.548Km/h

Dan Bigham has taken the responsibilities of INEOS Grenadiers to ride the Hour Record this August in Grenchen, Switzerland, after Filippo Ganna decided to postpone his attempt, and the British time-trialist has thrived to become the new record holder.

Having to beat the time of Victor Campenaerts, Bigham rode an astounding 55.548 in 60 minutes. It has been an improvement of almost 500 meters regarding the Belgian's attempt, making it a big step and a record that will be increasingly hard to beat.
