Colombian man arrested for drug trafficking whilst wearing Nairo Quintana's Vuelta a Espana Red Jersey

Curious news that comes to us today from South America. A Colombian citizen was allegedly arrested by the Colombian police for drug trafficking while wearing a red jersey from the Vuelta a Espana, worn by Nairo Quintana when he won the race for Movistar Team back in 2016.

In the photo released by the Colombian authorities, the subject can be seen between two policemen wearing a red Vuelta jersey with Carrefour advertising and the Movistar symbol in the centre. Was he attempting to pass off as Nairo Quintana? There are many questions.
