Cofidis Women's Team announces signing of four new riders coming from four countries

Cofidis has presented four additions to the women's team. Kristie Van Haaften, Sarah Roy, Hannah Ludwig and Nikola Nosková all join the team on a one-year deal, presenting a mix of different rider types.

Van Haaften's top results from 2023 include 10th place at Antwerp Port Epic and 3rd place from smaller GP Yvonne Reynders. The 24-year-old has signed a one-year contract. For the time being, she is the only Dutch woman on the roster of the Cofidis women's team for 2024.

Roy is an experienced sprinter from Australia, who has three top 10 results from United Arab Emirates under her belt from the beginning of this season. The 37-year-old also shone on the cobbles in the past and could be one of the leading riders for such type of racing in Cofidis.

Ludwig and Nosková are quite similar in that they like when the road goes uphill. Ludwig had a rather modest season but she has shown her potential with a 13th place on the Tourmalet. Nosková had a tough year with Zaaf, her former employer, disbanding half-way through 2023. She mainly impressed with bronze at Vuelta CV Feminas.
