Alejandro Osorio left without a contract as contract with Bahrain - Victorious is breached

Colombian climber Alejandro Osorio had been representing Bahrain - Victorious this season but was announced today to be leaving the team with immediate effect "following multiple contract breaches.

No more details have been given by the team, aswell as no press release. The team has shared the news only four months after the Colombian had been hired fresh from the Caja Rural - Seguros RGA team. He made his debut for the team at the UAE Tour where he finished 49th in the overall classification. He was later set to start at Strade Bianche but has been listed as a DNS in the results sheet, and hasn't raced since. Osorio had shown himself as a strong climber over the last few years, the 23-year old finished sixth at the Vuelta as Asturias last season aswell as winning the mountain's classification at the Settimana Internazionale Coppi e Bartali.
