UCI has stressed that teams that have not submitted essential documents by October 17 still have the opportunity to correct their situation during the registration process. In addition, riders of these teams have been reminded that they can terminate their contracts prematurely, according to the provisions set forth in the UCI regulations.
The allocation of the 15
UCI Women's WorldTour licenses will be the sole responsibility of the UCI Licensing Commission, which will evaluate the teams' dossiers based on five criteria: sporting, administrative, ethical, financial and organizational. These decisions will be made in the first half of December and will be announced in a press release on December 12.
