Matteo is a class act, well spoken and intelligent as anyone can see in interviews and youtube. He's well respected in Europe, lives in Nice, speaks good french and spanish showing his interest in the culture and people. As far as ability, he is rankded around 19 or 20 UCI while Romo is 200+...All you have to do is see where they finished in this years head to head. Any more instances like this and I suspect he's gone as a pro cyclist.
