I have mostly stopped reading this website due to the AI generated articles. I hate the style - “not only x but y”, the summing up, the equivocating etc. Most articles look as if they’re generated from short prompts or by feeding in a rider quote.

Uninformed rubbish. For a given power, torque x cadence = constant. Higher cadence means lower torque, not higher.
