Nah, you haven't studied it enough. Watch this clip, cued up at :57 in. Carapaz politely comes up the side, where there IS room and even diplomatically puts his hand on the Decathlon rider's back to let him know he's there. That rider slips back, but then Bouchard (who was 1 rider to the right) slowly moves left 6-7 feet in 5 seconds to knock Carapaz off the road. Was it intentional?
