This guy is all hype and will never be a grand tour winner. I am not saying he is not an above average rider that is capable of winning some stages but he has shown he is just not up to the task. He just keeps getting hyped by the media like Caine U but he just doesn't have what it takes.

No one can dispute he has talent, but I just don't see why all hype around him. He has never proved he can consistently keep up with the best on the road so why would INEOS want to keep paying him top dollar especially if he is creating drama.
