Stage 14 and there's 5 guys within a minute of JV. I think there is a good chance JV may finish around 5th place. He looks as good as these other 5 riders. And that's not good for him.18-07-2026 20:32

He did most of the work but he was at the back for quite a while too. Like at Tourmalet he stopped pedaling a few meters before the line losing speed and head down. He never used to do that.14-07-2026 19:26

JV finished 20 seconds ahead of 6 riders. A younger JV would have had at least 1 minute or more on them. I think we saw peak JV 2 years ago.09-07-2026 19:34

He was doping before cancer and won a few one day races, no big talent and certainly zero talent for 3 week races. His only "talent" was doping big time and being a great responder to dope.
