- From seeing the rest of what you post, I very much doubt that post was deleted. Plenty of other possibilities.
- Maybe he just doesn’t like it? Can’t force him
Maybe he’ll change his mind one day
- Better view, more space, smaller crowd
- If they aren’t as dumb as we hope, they’ll move as soon as launched and by the time someone sees the smoke origin they’re looking at other innocent bystanders. Just like pickpockets, you look at the people around you but the culprit is already heading off inconspicuously
- Impressive
- I am not sure why Zonneveld gets quoted so often. He does seem like a bitter and angry guy who stirs more controversy than contributes insight.
- Just look at this hypocracy... when I wrote: "Thijs Zonneveld, you are an idiot"... I was deleted??? But when Johan Bruyneel says exactly the same thing, they write in big dark letters: "THIJS ZONNEVELD, YOU ARE AN IDIOT"!!!
OK hypocrites, delete me again for saying: This is the best possible news for Pogacar. Adam Yates is fine and won't be starting today because realistically who gives a fvck about this ciciban Giro race, where one boring 🐟and anti-cycling professional, competes against 170+ amateurs. At least there will be 5-6 pros. at the Tour de France. Ad acta!!!
- yay for WVA but sloppy writing. he didn’t distance Tadej. He won in a sprint. regardless, happy for Wout - I’d love to see him do more gravel. it is such a cool discipline.
- Older/recently retired riders like Geraint Thomas and Peter Sagan say that pro racing no longer has any room for fun. The training is year-round and the racing is relentlessly intense from KM 0. Good for Wout and the other pros to have an event like this that is serious enough to be interesting, but still mostly for fun. Seems like a great weekend for lots of people, and in this case an exciting finale with a real life alien on course.
- At least 2 problems:
They have to be fully reliable to deflate after the impact and be fully reusable
They're definitely hotter so wearing them in the summer would give someone a heatstroke
