- Cyclocross; a winter medal might not cut it for him but if it’s added in 2030, he’d probably still have a good chance, could then end up with a summer & winter medal, that would put him back into the running for most expansive cycling careers palmarès, but then PFP might also ride it out to 2030.
- Don’t forget the Olympic medal, not sure he cares about which discipline but as it’s a rare event and he’s messed up most of his chances, he’ll be under some pressure now to decide on which to focus or whether doubling up might improve his chances. Unless of course cyclocross gets added in time ;-)
- Assuming you still have reserves and get enough to eat to produce stress hormones, a little black humour to make sure we don’t forget some of the implications of allowing wars to start.
- I don’t know if you can call it broken. Would he prefer a triathlon model, or handball, badminton, kayak, car rallye, marathon running, climbing, or what? Would the riders now accept lower income if it meant more stable employment?
- What Israelis do to Palestinians are atrocious. Therefore, Chris Froome draining the wealth of IPT without contributing to the team is a plus in my book.
- Too bad nobody asked him about PFP before the TdFF to get his opinion on dealing with the cross-over.
- If you read the article it should be pretty obvious unless your internet is being censored, which, knowing all else currently being done, wouldn’t actually surprise me anymore.
- Everyone should inherently, if you don’t, you weren’t educated properly.
- Why should speaking your mind be reserved to a particular category of rider/person/figure? How can anyone learn or reconsider if you don’t let everyone with a different viewpoint have their say? Whereby, having your say is a very different thing to expressing your beliefs. Saying I hate you is not at all the same as I think your values suck, it’s also usually reserved to those who can’t express/find their thoughts in the first place.
It’s all very nice to hear riders saying nice things about each other but if you pressure everyone into doing just that, you notice the fakeness immediately, what’s the positive in that except to please those who are over sensitive to life outside their cotton candy cloud?
