Showdown in the snow! After 15 wins from Sanne Cant, Marion Norbert Riberolle wins Belgian cyclocross national championships

In Heusden-Zolder, we are having a weekend of cyclocross in the snow! The Belgian national championships have begun and in the women's elite race, after 15 consecutive victories for Sanne Cant, we have a new champion in her teammate Marion Norbert Riberolle.
Cant was absent. as she is hanging up the wheels this winter and she didn't want to potentially take off the belt from another rider and then only wear it for one month. But Crelan - Corendon still had the woman to beat on the day, Marion Norbert Riberolle, who did not crack under the weight of expectation.
Early on in the race Riberolle made the difference and there wasn't much of a tight race, in a course made slower and more difficult due to the weather conditions. Riberolle took her first elite victory in the nationals, beating Laura Verdonschot and Julie Brouwers who completed the podium.
