For the second successive year, Cameron Mason has crowned himself British National Cyclocross Champion after a brilliant performance in front of a home crowd in Falkirk.
Although Cameron Mason was the big favourite pre-race, it was the 2022 British champion, Thomas Mein who took control early on. With just over 20 minutes gone though, a slight error from Mein allowed Mason to regain contact.
From there, there was no looking back for Mason. The local boy only extended his lead towards a comfortable victory. Mein held on for second with Groupama - FDJ's Lewis Askey completing the podium.
