Yellow B - How Team Visma | Lease a Bike may rebrand itself in future years

Jumbo-Visma, soon to be Team Visma | Lease a Bike, may become Yellow B in the future. This is an idea within the Dutch team that is being circulated as the team looks to assert itself as a brand within the sport.

“We are the first team to stick to a yellow-black shirt. It doesn't matter which company sponsors us, the uniform doesn't change. That's quite something. Hopefully the fans will get familiar with it," Merijn Zeeman told Masters Magazine. “That is exactly what Richard Plugge is doing. It is also a matter of coordination, because Visma, for example, will always be in our name. But you are going to see more and more that we are moving in this direction.”

Wielerflits reports there is the intention to create this nickname for the team, in a way that is similar to Soudal - Quick-Step's 'Wolfpack'. With the team presentation taking place on the 21st of December in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, it will not come as a surprise if that detail is present in the team jerseys. In the past, the team has attributed the team riders their own number in the jersey, as is done in many sports including Football.
