Jordi Meeus wouldn't have been many people's favourite for the win on stage 21 of the 2023 Tour de France but the BORA - hansgrohe sprinter surprised everyone to deny Jasper Philipsen by the barest of margins in a photo finish on the Champs-Élysées.
As always the battle for the final stage win of the race at the Tour de France was hectic. In a chaotic finale, four sprinters crossed the finish line side by side. After a look at the photo finish, Jordi Meeus was shown to be the winner by less than a bike's length from the Green Jersey winner Jasper Philipsen.
