Prior to embarking upon his career as a professional cyclist, Remco Evenepoel was once a very promising football star, spending time on the books at both Anderlecht and PSV Eindhoven.
After crossing the finish line safely following a calm and relatively quiet stage 11, Evenepoel was joined by Real Zaragoza duo Victor Mollejo and Lluis Lopez for a kickabout. Despite the potentially decisive few days to come, the Soudal - Quick-Step leader and reigning Vuelta a Espana champion looked relaxed as he impressed the professional duo with his skills.
