The E3 Saxo Classic has witnessed a brilliant battle between Tadej Pogacar, Mathieu van der Poel and Wout van Aert. One of the most dramatic moments of the race was however a motorbike crash at the Oude Kwaremont ahead of them, which was caught on camera by fans.
The fall seemed quite serious as the motorbike fell on the slippery cobbled and took out several fans. It is unclear if or what injuries took place. The incident happened just in front of the leading trio in the iconic sector and was also caught by TV broadcast.
