VIDEO: Jumbo-Visma and Jonas Vingegaard attack at Col du Tourmalet with 48 kilometers to go

Stage 6 of the Tour de France has a summit finish atop Cauterets, however the GC fight completely exploded at the Col du Tourmalet. Jonas Vingegaard attempted to bury the Tour de France, and Jumbo-Visma went all out in the brutal climb.

With Wout van Aert in front and able to be bridged across, Jumbo-Visma attacked the race behind, with Wilco Kelderman and Sepp Kuss setting a brutal pace which only Tadej Pogacar could match, alongside Vingegaard. Jai Hindley initially followed but then struggled, and with 48 kilometers to go Vingegaard himself set off, but this time matched by Tadej Pogacar.
