The 2024 edition of the AlUla Tour had drama all the way to the very last pedal stroke in Saudi Arabia. In the end, a four-man sprint to the line decided not only who took home the stage 5 win but also overall victory.
Simon Yates, William Junior Lecerf and UAE Team Emirates duo Finn Fisher-Black and Rafal Majka entered the final kilometre locked together. With just a single second separating the first three mentioned, whoever finished first out of Yates, Lecerf and Fisher-Black would take the general classification win.
In the end, Yates prevailed by the barest of margins. Check out the dramatic conclusion down below!
