Riders in the cycling peloton take different approaches to their off-season and try out different disciplines or different ways of training. Extreme cold, -24ºC more specifically, is not on the menu for the majority. But it was the case for Team DSM-Firmenich's Andreas Leknessund.

Hailing for Norway, Leknessund is no stranger to cold temperatures however on a video shared on social media he recorded the temperature in his bike computer which hit a shockingly low temperature. Out on his Mountain Bike, it is possible to see the snow-filled landscape, but also his own state in such temperature, having ice forming in his face - but seemingly, in truly Norwegian fashion, in a good mood.
