Good news for Matteo Moschetti. Victim of a terrible accident last Tuesday suffering two vertebral fractures, the Q36.5 Pro Cycling rider had undergone emergency surgery following the injury, but fortunately he has already been able to leave the facility where he remained hospitalized for seven days.
Hit by a truck, the Milanese cyclist will now have to observe "a period of slow recovery" before he can think about returning to racing. But obviously at the moment it is secondary and the first joy is being able to escape without even more severe injuries. Despite initial assessments, we might still see the Italian sprinter return to action before the end of this season.

There are huge numbers of people in similar situations, if there were an easy solution somebody would be making big money out of it. Nerve pain can have many complex origins or be due to complex combinations of reasons. Even if you discover a reason there is not always a solution. Migraines haven’t been solved either. I have had lower back/hip nerve pains on and off for over 30 years, no kind of doctor has ever found a way to reduce, prevent or solve the problem.
