UCI Rider Rankings Update | Tadej Pogacar remains 1st; Marc Hirschi climbs up Top10; Biniam Girmay takes massive leap

There hasn't been too much racing over the past week, but a few World Tour teams, classics specialists and sprinters have been out and about conquering UCI points. Biniam Girmay has been the most successful point hunter of the week, winning the Circuit Franco-Belge and arriving among the first at the Brussels Cycling Classic.

Since the last update, we have had four one-day races that will have added points to the tally of some riders: Circuit Franco-Belge; Mercan'Tour Classic; Heistse Pijl and Brussels Cycling Classic (the next update will bring the results of, among others, the Criterium du Dauphiné which features many of the top riders in the rankings). You can check the last update.

Inside the Top10, Marc Hirschi was the only change, as he climbed to 8th to overtake teammate Adam Yates. Tadej Pogacar continues to lead the standings ahead of Jonas Vingegaard and Mathieu van der Poel; whilst Wout van Aert closes the Top10.

Winners of the four classics above have new positions on the standings, as follows:

Biniam Girmay - 69th to 53rd
Lenny Martínez - 36th to 32nd
Alexander Kristoff - 67th to 60th
Jonas Abrahamsen - New Top100, now 97th
