Tour de France took a much needed positive turn on Thursday after Kasper Asgreen's victory in Bourg-en-Bresse. Literally saving the Tour from its formation, the Dane even almost made it very good the very next day when at Poligny, he was narrowly beaten by Matej Mohoric on the line.
"The team had a good race and can be happy with that. After Fabio retired, we stayed focused and did our best every time. Julian was amazing. guys continued to fight too. Of course, the incredible performance of Kasper remains our most beautiful moment, but even after that, you could see that we remained determined to do something and to show ourselves until the arrival of the Tour," declared the DS Tom Steels on team's website.
