The impressive record that Tadej Pogacar currently holds at stage-races

Tadej Pogacar is a cannibal, a total cyclist, a competitive animal that destroys his rivals every time he smells blood and has the slightest chance. He is not a rider of today, he looks like a Merckx of the seventies, a Hinault of the eighties.

He is capable of winning on all types of terrain and in stage races he has an impressive record. Since the Tour de France 2020 he has been able to win at least one stage in all the stage-races of more than one day in which he has participated.

Thus, the last stage race in which he did not win was the 2020 Critérium du Dauphiné, in which he finished fourth overall behind Daniel Martinez, Thibaut Pinot and Guillaume Martin. He finished third in the final stage behind Sepp Kuss and Martinez.

So, in the last 12 stage races in which he has participated, he has won:

- August 2020: Tour de France (3 stages+general).

- February 2021: UAE Tour (1 stage+overall)

- March 2021: Tirreno-Adriatico (1 stage+overall)

- April 2021: Itzulia Basque Country (1 stage, 3rd overall)

- June 2021: Tour of Slovenia (1 stage+overall)

- June 2021: Tour de France (3 stages+overall)

- February 2022: UAE Tour (2 stages+overall)

- April 2022: Tirreno-Adriatico (2 stages+Overall)

- June 2022: Tour of Slovenia (2 stages+General)

- July 2022: Tour de France (3 stages, 2nd overall)

- February 2023: Vuelta a Andalucía (3 stages+overall)

- March 2023: Paris-Nice (at the moment 2 stages)
