Tadej Pogacar undergoes successful surgery and will be out for between 5 and 6 weeks

After Tadej Pogacar suffered a fall today that forced him to abandon Liège-Bastogne-Liège. He has now undergone successful surgery to fix a broken wrist in Belgium.
According to reports from Gazzetta dello Sport, the emergency operation has been a success and the Slovenian will be out for between 5 and 6 weeks. His team, UAE Team Emirates, plans to release a statement updating his status over the coming day.
