Puerto Rico's Abner Gonzalez leaves Movistar Team to join Efapel

Puerto Rican cyclist Abner Gonzalez, 23, is leaving Movistar Team to join the Portuguese Continental team Efapel.
With two titles as champion of Puerto Rico in road and one in time trial, Gonzalez is the greatest exponent of cycling in his country.
Meanwhile, the experienced Portuguese cyclist Rafael Silva, 33, is reportedly packing his bags to leave his place at Efapel.
